THE Zero.Point.System for the Industry! |

Zero.Point.Systems is a product developed by Mr. Emil Stark, the inventor of all zero point tooling systems.
Zero.Point.Systems is based on more than 20 years of experience in the industry and engineered to perfection. Zero.Point.System has many advantages compared to other systems in the market and is made for though production environment in the industry. Zero.Point.Systems offers more than 12 USP’s and is made by stainless steel, works without a ball cage and uses balls with an extreme large diameter. It is equipped with a high performance key holding technology (mechanical locking system).
Zero.Point.Systems is interchangeable to the most common systems in the market. Furthermore, Zero.Point.Systems is the only tooling system with the patented “piston catching technology“ for horizontal loading and unloading of pallets.

Advantages and USP’s of Zero.Point.Systems |
Zero.Point.Systems is engineered for the industry. It is a modular system and offers you the following technical advantages, respectively USP’s:
I. |
Stainless – Rigid – Made for the Industry (USP) Zero Point System is an investment good made out of stainless steel. The design of it focuses on low maintenance, high rigidity, long product life time and industrial capability.

II. |
Interlocking Mechanism – Mechanically locked (USP) All free flouting balls in a quick clamping cylinder of Zero.Point.Systems are form-closed from 3 different sides in an Engel of 120°. The system is mechanically locked by an interlocking mechanism.

III. |
3-Step Closing Mechanism (USP) The transmission of the forces for the clamping is done by a 3-step closing mechanism. Because the forces are equally transmitted, there are no shear forces to the balls.

IV. |
NO Ball Screw Cage (USP) The balls are free floating in a channel. Therefore, dirt and chips can freely escape. The repositioning is always done on a different position. For cleaning, the system can be blown out by air or floated by water. It is robust and absolutely wear resistant by low maintenance.

V. |
High Rigidity (USP) The surfaces of the balls are more than 780% larger than the ones, used in common systems. This causes a massive reduction in deformation of the balls and produces a ratio of the translated forces of 6.8, because of the integrated system angle.

VI. |
Large Tolerance for Positioning (USP) Because its technological design, a distance of 12 mm (K20) is sufficient for the pre-positioning of the clamping nipple for moving into the into the quick change cylinder Zero Point System.

VII. |
Swing Free (USP) Zero Point Systems offers swing free loading and unloading of heavy pallets or fixtures over its own edge. This offers enormous advantages by manually loading and unloading by hand or by crane or by automatic loading and unloading of irregular weights of work pieces

VIII. |
Piston Catching Technology (USP) Zero Point Systems offers a unique, patented horizontal screws catching technology for horizontal loading and unloading of heavy work pieces or pallets. The pre-positioning and the catchment are controlled manually or hydraulically on the catchment bolts.

IX. |
Integrated Safety System Technology (USP) An integrated safety system guarantees absolute process reliability. The system can always be opened.

X. |
4 Sizes 1 System (USP) Zero Point System includes 4 standard sizes, all with the same system technology, and because of its modularity and simplicity, it can be easily adapted to any custom specific size.

XI. |
Modularity and Flexibility Because of its modularity, Zero Point Systems can be expanded or build up at any time. The customer can start with a small investment and build up its complete manufacturing plant step by step. It offers to build and manufacture its own fixture or custom made pallet at any time.

Comparing Zero.Point.Systems |
In the future, a comprehensive Zero Point System (quick changing system) will be an integrated part of every state of the art manufacturing process. Therefore, the investment into a Zero Point System is a strategic decision taken by the management. It is a long term investment with needs to be evaluated very carefully.
The Zero Point System used as a quick change system and used as a mechanical interface between the different machine tools needs to be extremely reliable.
Compared with the most common Zero Point Systems, Zero.Point.Systems offers you exclusive features, and a long life time. Because of its simplicity and its design, it will survive any machine tool and you will get a fast return of your investment.
Therefore, please take your time when evaluating a system and make sure you get the best technology available in the market. Please compare the following characteristics by your evaluation:
